Pradeep Kanojia

Pradeep Kanojia is the director of Jobs Communication Consultant, a Recruitment and Staffing Industry. He took the initiative to start the company without any background support. From this scratch he has started & now he has established  as the most reliable and reputed company. He has started his career in 2014 and has achieved a great success  at such a youthful stage of his life.During his career  he’d an occasion to try himself in the different diligence  like banking, retail, logistics and hotel industry.He believes that quality is an ongoing process. Pradeep started Jobs Communication in 2017 with a great dream in his mind. In 2018, Jobs Communication has reached a huge success. The graph of Jobs Communications has increased within a year from Lakhs to Crore’s. He has set illustration for numerous people with his hard work. He is veritably timely and veracious  towards his work. He is very polite and down to earth. Jobs Communication is family for him. Hence, he always says “AND MILES TO GO BEFORE I SLEEP”.

Rajesh Vishwakarma

Rajesh is a Business  Head whose work is focused on building a staffing business line for the company. His role would entail delivery, client servicing as well as Business Head. He is managing large teams including both recruiters as well as business development people and compliance. He has huge ability to write and close proposals. He is having 7+ years of experience in the Recruitment and staffing Industry along with an MBA. He is very hard-working and ambitious person. He is Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards. He makes good decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion. Rajesh has achieved 30+ awards in Recruitment Industry and has Ranked as the “Best Team Manager Award” . 

Dipti Mohite

Dipti Mohite is an HR- Head of West Zone in Jobs Communication aspiring several years of work experience in Recruitment and Staffing Industry. She is graduated  from SIT Pune in 2016. She is handling West Zone with her team. She along with her team provide active support in the selection of Recruitment agencies which meet the corporate standard. She has an ability to develop, refine and fine-tune effective methods or tools for selection. She is very confident and multitasking.

Akansha Mishra

Akansha Mishra being an HR Generalist. She has completed BAMMC degree from St Paul’s College. She has an  excellent communication skills and desire to work as a team with a results driven approach She maintains knowledge of trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. She facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.She Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. She frequently assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
